Binary Web Concepts is owned by Elana Gainor, MA.  After jobs as a freelance content editor, Elana decided to actively pursue ecommerce.  Located in beachy Santa Cruz, CA, Elana operates on the basic idea that business owners and web developers should come together, as a team to create a website that’s clear, concise and most importantly, gets the job done!

 

With seven years of business experience and a Master’s Degree in English Literature, Elana is able to apply her knowledge to create functional websites for a multitude of users.
